Exceptions / non-returnable items 

At this time we are not excepting any returns, exchanges, or refunds. All items on our website are customizable (such as special orders or personalized items), perishable goods (such as food), and personal care goods (such as beauty/body products), come in glass, and therefore cannot be returned. Prior to purchasing items please be sure to read through the description of each product to ensure the item is best suited for your needs and/or does not contain any ingredients you may be allergic to. Each product is always carefully made to order in small batches to ensure quality and contain no preservatives.
