Ingredients: An organic blend of dried elderberries, cinnamon, ginger, clove, star anise, and honey. Elderberry syrup is known to boost our immune system and can aid in fighting off a cold or the flu.

Directions: Adults can take 1tbsp daily for health maintenance or up to 3tbsp daily if fighting a cold/flu and until symptoms subside. Children can take 1/2tsp daily for health maintenance. Consult with child's pediatrician for proper dosage when fighting a cold/flu.

Storage: Store in refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
